C3550 Flash
Hi
Just a short question which might be easy to answer. I am thinking of buying 3550 with 64mb ram 8mb flash - 12.2 states min flash 16mb but the image size is around 6.7mb. Does anyone know if the 3550 will complain if I put this on. I know other stuff is stored on the flash but I don’t expect the vlan.dat/config etc… To be all that big while just using the switch for CCIE prep. I do not have a 3550 to try it on and would rather not buy one that does not work to the specification of the real thing.
