Give static IP addresses to all your computers, and also if the problem exist try to disable the DHCP service on the router / server. I think this way ur problem will be solved easily, as I had the same problem.

Hi Dear All I need Help from u all, I have some problems at my organization. There is LAN, & DSL Connection. 20 PCs are connected through 1 D-Link Switch. Problems in LAN 1- Some time System Shows messages “IP Address Conflict with an other System” ( I’m assigned Automaticaly IP Address but Still Message shows) 2- On Some Systems Internet can’t reach some times.
