Frame Relay config
Mohd you have to be aware that frame relay interfaces are only up / up if there as an active PVC ie DCLI attached to that interface. if that is the case then check up with the frame relay DLCIs . you can use Debug frame-relay lmi to acertaing the available DLCIs you frame switch is giving you. another issue i can think of is if the encapsulation type is different then u gonna have the down/down interface state.
