Help on Mullticast RP’s

Hi Group, I have a site connected 2 core routers running Multicast. I need to configure failover RP. I mean by default the traffic should go to one RP if it fails then switchover to the next RP. Will AnycastRP will help me out in this issue ? I need your comments on this.
Thanks

    Hi,

AutoRP is what you need for Full Cisco network and BSR (compatible with PIMv2) for partial Cisco network.

AnycastRP is useful for load balancing multicast requests between different RPs.

    Cheers,
