Job Description : • Prepares monthly payroll reports for permanent & casual employees, Separate Payments (detailed reports, summaries, bank transfers, cash reports, reconciliations) • Revises the monthly data received including employees’ variables, bonus, overtime and deductions) • Ensures all penalties and deductions are consistent with the Egyptian labor law • Provides reports to assist in preparing salary raises, applying raise to payroll retroactively and preparing salary raise letters • Prepares data for HR Budget, assists HR Manager in developing and finalizing the plan • Makes an annual report including each employee’s performance during the year based on the variable percentages achieved during the year in order to prepare the RAC (RAYA Achievers Club) nominations. • Monitors HR expenses (Training, Recruitment, Transportation, Mobiles, HR events,…etc) • Issues HR letters & loan requests • Provides compensation & benefits orientation for newly hired employees • Submits monthly headcount analysis • Supervises all Personnel tasks (Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, life insurance. ……………etc
