Description :
-Planning and scheduling the audit to ensure audits are completed as planned
- Prepare and communicate to all concerned about Audit findings, audit conclusions and Audit Reports in total to trigger improvement actions.
-Assist Quality Manager in Follow up audits to ensure non compliances reported are closed and are effective
- Assist Quality Manager in Follow up audits to ensure non compliances reported are closed and are effective
-Assist Quality Manager in the improvements programs
-Contribute in Phone Care customer Complaint Handling process in improving CSI
Qualifications :
-A commerce / science graduate
-Experience and Exposure in ISO
-Experience in Quality function آ– 5 years آ– preferably service industry/ retail
-Expertise in QC tools and Techniques
