Why not use distribute-lists? Either inbound or outbound….

Thank for every ones reply
So I take it there is no way I can prevent RIP to advertise all 4 interfaces ip address to its neighbor. Right?
Thanks

Hi

I am trying to understand RIP well.

I have got a router which has got 4 interface all are running major network 20.20.0.0. Now I want to enable RIP only on 2 interfaces.

How can I accomplish this? I know with Passive-interface it will not send out update but will receive update.

Router rip
Ver 2
No au
Netw 20.0.0.0 Whit this config it is sending out all 4 interfaces to other routers. Any help

Thanks in advance

Hafi
