Funcionou,
Na verdade um dos meus roteadores não estava trocando tabela via EIGRP, ele estava com problemas.
A solução foi deixar todos os roteadores das pontas com bgp e a opção redistribute connected ativa.
E o roteador da rede MPLS na mesma rede do roteador frame relay com bgp e eigrp redistribuindo um no outro.
Agora está funcionando tudo.

acredito que esta faltando o redistribute bgp dentro do eigrp, conforme abaixo
router eigrp 1 reditribute bgp 64635
isso deve fazer com que o eigrp distribua as redes aprendidas pelo BGP. Caso queira q o bgp tb distribua a as rotas da rede eigrp, faça o mesmo no bgp
