SERVICE ADVISOR Company name : MasterHR Job Field : Customer Services Employment type : Full Time Job Description : •Maintains good relationship with customers. •Will be responsible in monitoring work flow in the retail facility. • Reviews work order to ensure that all actions have been documented according to retail facility policies and procedures •Plans and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities •Ensures adequate maintenance of tools, equipment’s and other materials in the Service Department
•Reviews customer service orders and inspects the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles. •Should be expert in automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts) • Knowledgeable in car problems, warranties, services and general repairs. •Can operate general office equipment particularly computer. •Should be familiar with American vehicles ( GM Preferred) Job Location : Qatar Submission date : 5/4/2008 Required Candidates Experience : Min 3 Years Gender : Male Education : B.Sc.
