OMS is urgently seeking to hire experienced candidates for the following:
Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Job Type: Fulltime Job Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Responsibilities:
1. Answering service desk queries 2. Logging user’s incidents in the Help Desk application. 3. Responding to customer’s incidents either by phone or by visiting. 4. Maintaining an inventory for all mission Hardware and Software 5. providing services to the users upon request 6. Performing basic diagnostic maintenance procedures on equipment return and monitor returning dates.
Qualifications:
§ Educational level: (Field of study relevant to the position) Engineering graduated is a plus.
§ Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Desktop Support, Preferably in multinational companies.
§ Certificates Acquired: Engineering graduate is a plus.
§ Any Soft Skills Required: (Personal and Communication Skills) 1. Working Under Pressure 2. Team Spirit 3. Initiation & Follow - Up Skills 4. Customer Orientation 5. Problem Solving & Trouble Shooting Skills 6. Strong Communication Skills.
