A multinational company located at Heliopolis is seeking a TECHNICAL SUPPORT to work outdoors on full time / Project basis with the following qualifications:

Education Requirements

* Computer science degree Only (4 Years at least).
* Good analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent human relations and communications skills.
* Must be able to work under pressure.
* Proven ability to work in a team.
* Fluent in written English.
* Commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of computerized systems and group productivity.

Job Description

Technical Support is responsible for providing computer support services to clients at Egypt. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Technical Support Supervisor. The key roles of this position include the following functional areas:

* Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software programs.
* Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.
* Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
* Acts as a technical resource in assisting clients to resolve problems with equipment and data.
* Makes hardware and software recommendations including helping clients assess needs and providing appropriate services based on those needs.
* Complete necessary checklists and forms that pertain to specific client jobs.
* Customer Service / Sales
* Identify potential customers and promoting / selling services of the company in his / her assigned territory
* Develops and maintains good relations with the customers, applying basic sales and customer service skills presented in the orientation training and other future trainings
* Apply appropriate techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
* Manage the defined process to collect payments from customers.
* Completing all the necessary account management forms, like activity reports, as requested by the supervisor.
* Attend regular meetings with supervisor to review customer account status.

Starting Salary : 800 - 1000 EGP
Propagation Period : Three Months
Working hours : 09.00 - 05.00 (6 Days)
